Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set out the conditions of use for services provided on this website (“Service”) by LOTUS Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “the Service”). Users of the Service (“Users”) shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)

  4. Acts that may interfere with operation of the Service

  8. Any other act we deem inappropriate

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

  1. We shall be exempt from liability for nonperformance unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  2. Even where we are liable, our liability is limited to ordinary damages within a reasonable scope.
  3. We are not responsible for transactions, communications, or disputes between Users or between a User and any third party in relation to the Service.

Article 5 (Changes to the Service)

We may change the content of the Service or discontinue the Service without notice to Users, and we are not liable for any resulting damage to Users.

Article 6 (Changes to the Terms)

We may change these Terms at any time without notice when we deem it necessary.

Article 7 (Notices and communication)

Notices and communications between Users and us shall be made in the manner we prescribe.

Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court that has jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
